Tuff-Rib is a through-fastened (exposed-fastener) steel roofing panel. Screws with sealing washers fasten through the face of the panel into the roof deck or framing below. The result is a sturdy, ribbed roof surface with a familiar profile that's been used on homes, barns, and outbuildings for decades.
It's a practical, cost-conscious alternative to standing-seam — with efficient installation and a ribbed profile that suits a wide range of building types.
A generous 36-inch coverage width and integrated anti-siphon lap groove allow installation on roof slopes as low as 2.5:12. The strong 3/4-inch trapezoidal ribs enable installation over both solid deck and open-frame applications — making Tuff-Rib at home on residential projects and capable as a light-commercial panel.
